All Aatra Terra pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Because of their handmade nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at echo@aatraterra.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or another suitable resolution.

Please note that handmade pieces may have small variations in shape, colour, texture, and finish. These are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All pieces are handmade in Ontario, Canada, and carefully packed for safe delivery.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Processing: 3–5 business days before shipping

Canada: Usually 5–10 business days

USA & Europe: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs.

Local pickup: Available in Richmond Hill upon request.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Each piece is unique and fragile. I take care to package every order securely. For international orders, customs duties or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
