Each Aatra Terra piece is handmade and carefully prepared for shipping. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days before being shipped.
Shipping Within Canada
Orders are shipped from Richmond Hill, Ontario via Canada Post.
Delivery within Canada usually takes approximately 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.
USA & International Shipping
Aatra Terra ships internationally, including to the United States and Europe.

Packaging
Each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to help protect it during transit. Because our pieces are handmade and fragile, we take extra care when preparing every order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at echo@aatraterra.com and include clear photos of the damaged piece and its packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Richmond Hill, Ontario upon request.
Pickup details will be arranged after your order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
